In our 14 stores, it's a category that starts slowly and then explodes within a week, the first real cold snap. These aren't technical clothing: they're affordable accessories, easy to display in a basket or on a hanger. We've been importing directly for 45 years, based in Lucca. It's a reactive product: the customer doesn't plan it; they buy it the day they're cold. That's why the display should be set up before it's needed, not when it's needed, and it should be placed where people pass by. A basket, arranged by price range, works better than hanging them by size: here, you don't try them on, you choose the color, and you pay. Sizes are limited, and the risk of being left with the goods is low, because the item doesn't go out of style in a year.
Online, winter accessories are sold based on color and material: good photos and an honest description are essential. For each item purchased, you can download six photo variations, the description, and the barcode, so the product listing goes live the same day. We're also on Faire and Ankorstore, but you buy directly on our site, with no commissions involved.
The minimum order is €150 + VAT, and each item is purchased in small packages, in multiples of the same case, as indicated on the product page. Shipping arrives in 48–72 hours and is currently free throughout Italy, including the islands (on promotion); outside Italy, a 10% shipping fee is added. Each item offers a quantity discount: 5% off for 3 packages of the same item, 8% off for 5. Your first order includes a 10% welcome coupon, valid once per VAT number. Registration is free and approved within 24 hours: from there, you can view prices, packages, and availability.
Between September and October, to be ready for the first cold snap. Those who order in December will arrive after the cold snap has passed. Seasonal restocking occurs within 48-72 hours, but for the most popular colors, it's best not to wait.
