1. Registration and account request. Company name, VAT number, email address, telephone number, contact person, and address are used to evaluate your access request, verify your VAT number (VIES European Service), and manage your account. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and contract. Without this data, registration is not possible.
2. Orders and invoicing. Order data (items, amounts, delivery address, payments) are used to execute the contract and fulfill tax obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Retention: statutory terms.
3. Newsletters and commercial communications (email and WhatsApp). Only with the two optional and separate consents, never preselected, collected upon registration or in the account area. Each consent is recorded with the date and time, channel, version of this policy, and source. Legal basis: consent. You can revoke it at any time: from the account area ("My data"), from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or—for WhatsApp—by replying. STOP to the message. Revocation does not affect registration or orders.
The data is stored on the cloud infrastructures of our technical providers (hosting and databases, email delivery, payments), appointed as data processors where applicable. We do not sell data to third parties and do not perform automated profiling. VAT verification is performed using the European public data service VIES. The site's fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts CDN: the request transmits the IP address to Google.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (Articles 15-22 GDPR): contact us using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
If this policy changes, we will update the version date at the top of the page: your consent will remain tied to the version in effect when you gave it.
