This portal uses technical cookies, essential for operation, and — only if you agree from the banner — Google statistics tools. Until you accept, no calls to Google are made and no analytics cookies are set (Consent Mode v2 with default consent denied).
Reserved area session cookies (e.g. b2b_token): keeps access to the catalog and shopping cart open after logging in. It is an HTTP-only cookie, not readable by scripts, and expires with the session. Without it, the reserved area cannot function. Consent is not required for these cookies.
We use Google Tag Manager e Google Analytics 4 to understand how the portal is used (page views, searches, aggregated purchase funnels). These tools are activated only after your consent Expressed by the banner: if you decline, or until you choose, no call is made and no tracking cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time (see below).
With the same consent to statistics we use Microsoft Clarity to understand where the portal is being misused: register the path navigation—mouse movements, taps, scrolls, clicks that don't work, stops—and generates aggregate heat maps.
The contents are blacked out. The service is set to the strictest masking: everything you type in the fields and the text on the pages is hidden. We do not record, and cannot see, passwords, emails, phone numbers, VAT numbers, addresses, order notes, or payment information, which remains on the secure PayPal and Stripe pages. Recordings are retained for a short period and are only accessible to those working on the portal.
This tool also starts only after your consent from the banner and will disappear if you revoke it. The technical data controller is Microsoft Corporation, acting as data processor on our behalf.
The typefaces are loaded from the CDN of Google Fonts: Your browser sends your IP address to Google to download files. Google does not set cookies through this service.
